Why does this happen?
Many organisations use email security tools that scan links before allowing them to be clicked. These can sometimes block or rewrite links in ways that prevent them from working.
What can you do?
Contact your IT team asking them to:
-
Allowlist our sending domain (preferred option) Please add the domain: apolitical.co to your organisation’s:
- Approved senders list
- Spam allowlist
- Trusted domains list
If your policy requires a specific sender address instead of a full domain, you can allowlist: concierge@e.apolitical.co
-
If your filtering is based on sending servers
If your system filters mail based on sending IP or gateway reputation, our emails may originate from:
- 143.244.86.192
- 143.244.86.34
In that case, you may wish to allowlist those sending servers as well.
-
Optional additional measure
If your system supports it, please configure mail from apolitical.co to:
- Deliver to inbox
- Bypass bulk spam scoring
Copy the link manually
If you can see the URL, try copying and pasting it directly into your browser.
