If you have a recognised government email address
You will be approved straight away. The next steps are to:
- Use the 6-digit code we send you to verify your email address. If you are having issues with this step check out the Help Centre section related to Verification.
- Set a password
- Add required profile information
- Join any Communities, Courses or Events that are of interest to you.
If you do not have a recognised government email address
You will have to wait 1-2 working days to be manually vetted. Our team need to check if you align with our Membership Criteria.
- If your eligibility is unclear and we need further information from you, you will receive an email asking for it.
- If you do not align with our membership criteria you will receive an email from us letting you know your application has been rejected.
- If you are approved, you will receive a 6-digit verification code to your inbox that will allow you to finish setting up your account.
