If you can remember your current password and are able to log in:
- Log in to your account
- Click on ‘Settings & privacy’ located under your profile icon in the top right-hand corner of the website
- Click the ‘Password’ tab
- Enter your current and new password
- Click ‘Save new password’
If you cannot remember your password and need to reset it:
- Go to this page and input your email, then click the 'Request password reset' button.
- Use the link sent to you via email to rest your password.
- If you are having any issues with this process contact our Support team and they will be able to reset it for you, so then you can log in and change it to something more personal in Settings & Privacy.
